How do I log in to webmail?

Open Internet Explorer (or other web browser)

  1. Navigation your browser to http://webmail.epolk.net
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the User name field
  3. Enter your password in the Password field
    If you cannot remember your password use the Forgot your password? link

You are now logged in to ePolk.com Webmail

How do I change my email account password?

Log in to ePolk.com Web Mail

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Accounts
  3. Highlight the your email account and click the Modify button
  4. Enter a new password in the Enter new password and Confirm new password fields
  5. Click the Save Changes button

Your password is now changed

How do I retrieve messages from my ePolk.com spam folder?

Log in to ePolk.com Web Mail (webmail.epolk.com)

  1. On the left side, click on the Spam folder
    Messages that have been identified as spam will display in the message list pane
  2. If you want to move a specific message from the Spam folder to your inbox, select the message by putting a check mark next to it, then select Move from the Pulldown box and Select Inbox from the other Pulldownbox and Click on OK

  3. To prevent mail from that sender from being blocked in the future, see the next item below.
  4. If you would like to turn off your Spam Filter, please contact ePolk.com support and we will remove the filter.

How do I prevent a sender from being caught in my spam folder?

Log in to ePolk.com Web Mail (webmail.epolk.com)

  1. On the left side, click on the Spam folder
    Messages that have been identified as spam will display in the message list pane
  2. If you want to whitelist a message's sender so their messages will never get caught in the Spam filter, select a message from that sender (by putting a check mark next to it), then select White list sender from the Pulldown box

  3. Click the OK button

White listed email address will not be filtered as spam regardless of their content!

Then, double check that whitelist rules are enabled

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Server Rules
  3. Click on Basic View
  4. Be sure Enable has a check mark next to it on the top right hand corner
